The purpose of this thesis was to develop the principles of how
to
create a service catalogue in a multi-contextual environment of
smart
city and to present its basic structure. Accordingly, we were
studying
the basic principles of ITIL, adapting the multi-contextual
environment of the smart environment, and introducing the new
Smart City
Layered Model which was shown principle of creating service
catalogue structure for smart city. We believe that the updated
model,
and the contextual approach to creating a smart city service
catalogue
structure, will be the solution.
