This Master is focused on issues related to remedial measures,
both ordinary and extraordinary, in administrative proceedings.
The basic remedial measures in administrative proceedings as
well as follow-up case law are analysed. The judicial review of
administrative decisions and digression to the german
legislation are also not omitted. The thesis deals with some of
the flaws of the Czech legislation in relation to ordinary and
extraordinary remedial measures in administrative proceedings
and suggests their solution.
