Research the basic needs and requirements for mobile application development and compare current options of multiplatform development, focusing on native multiplatform development. Debate the differences between a direct native development approach for specific platforms and an application developed using specific frameworks, which allow the usage of various technologies (.NET, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, etc.). Analyse the advantages and the drawbacks of both approaches to mobile application development and the available frameworks. Investigate these frameworks, choose 4 of the most significant ones, and evaluate them in detail. Propose an application specification, and implement it using a framework determined the finest in the previous section. Compare the efficiency of developing these applications. Establish the evaluation criteria and assess these applications.
