Role of dual-specific phosphatase-6, -7, and -9 in cardiomyogenesis
Úloha duálně specifických fosfatáz -6, -7 a -9 v kardiomyogenezi
Abstract
Duálně specifické fosfatázy (DUSP) jsou velká rodina enzymů defosforylující mnoho různých substrátů mimo jiné i proteinové kinázy aktivované mitogeny (MAPK). U linií myších embryonálních kmenových buněk s deplecí DUSP6, DUSP7 a DUSP9 jsme během in vitro diferenciace pozorovali potlačení vzniku kardiomezodermu. Tyto DUSP tedy pravděpodobně hrají klíčovou roli při tvorbě kardiomyocytů, avšak mechanismus …more
Abstract
Dual specificity phosphatases (DUSPs) are a large family of enzymes that dephosphorylate many different substrates, including mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK). We have observed that during in vitro differentiation of mouse embrynic stem cells depleted of DUSP6, DUSP7 and DUSP9 the formation of early cardiac mesoderm is repressed, indicating that the studied DUSP play a key role in normal cardiomyocyte …more
