Abstract
Mechanismus odpovědi na hypoxii je komplexní proces zahrnující mnoho faktorů. Jedním z klíčových je HIF. Na jeho stabilizaci a aktivaci během hypoxie závisí exprese mnoha genů zajišťujících odpověď na hypoxii. Mezi tyto adaptace patří angiogeneze, erytropoéza, úprava metabolismu buňky, rozhodnutí o přežití či smrti a další. Jeho vliv je doplněn a modulován aktivitou mnoha dalších molekul. Abstract
Mechanism of response to hypoxia is a complex process and it involves many factors. HIF is one of crucial factors. The expression of many genes depends on its activation and stabilization during hypoxia.
