It's all written at this website:
Other 40 riders will be picked up by organizer from waiting list.
Criteria for riders selection:
- results at FWQ and FWT races in 2007/2008 season
- results at other Big Mountain competitions
- support of sponsors which are supporting the rider

So if you don't have FWR ranking your participation in competition will be considered depending on your results in past which you have entered at registration.
