Abstract
Bakteriofág 812 je polyvalentní striktně virulentní fág, který je řazen do čeledi Myoviridae. Fág 812 a jeho mutanty vykazují silnou lytickou aktivitu proti širokému spektru kmenů Staphylococcus aureus a řadě dalším stafylokokovým druhům. Abstract
Polyvalent staphylococcal bacteriophage 812 is a stictly virulent phage belonging to the family Myoviridae. Phage 812 and its mutants are capable to lyse a broad host range of Staphylococcus aureus strains and act against another staphylococcus species.
