Peroxidace lipidů a její role při obranné reakci rostlin
Abstract
Abstract
Formation of active oxyden species (namely hydrogen peroxide and superoxide radicals, ROS) is a part of plant defence reaction. These products participate in the necrosis of plant tissue and hypersensitive reaction in the site of the attack. Active oxygen species are partially responsible of peroxidation of fatty acids in biological membranes. The aim of this work is to describe the mechanisms of ROS formation and the methods of the measurements of these processes.
