The work is based on the experience of physicians reviewers and
inspectors in carrying out the monitoring and inspection
activities of the Health Insurance Company of the Ministry of
Interior of the Czech Republic. Highlights the efficiency of
data analysis in the information system after the adoption of
the health care bill health service providers, which evaluates
labeled as wrongly reported health care paid from public health
insurance. Then systematically analyzed step by step process to
determine if improperly recognized health care health
insurance. It deals with the design and the result of physical
inspection (inspection) according to the Law no. 48/1997. in no
small part highlights the cooperation of the insured themselves
paid for the provision of health care and the consequences
resulting from improperly recognized care provider of health
services. At the end solves the application of the results of
such checks and discusses possible solutions for both the
healthcare providers and health insurance companies side with
reference to the performance of the contractual relationship.
