Abstract

Možnosti a limity postihu drogových deliktů ve smyslu §§ 187 - 188a TrZ. Zejména hmotněprávní posouzení skutku ve smyslu § 265b odst. 1 písm g) TrŘ v souvislosti se zjišťováním, zda došlo k naplnění skutkové podstaty stran některých interpretačně náročnějších znaků.
