This thesis deals with profession of public prosecutor and
psychological aspects associated with his function. The
theoretical part describes historical development of
legislation of public prosecutor’s office and current legal
context of this institute. Psychological aspects are discussed
in more detail in the practical-application part.  Relationship
between confidence and disciplinary offence of public
prosecutor is analyzed in case study. The last part of the
thesis provides considerations „de lege fenrenda”.
