Financial institutions deal with huge amount of clients whose
data are need to be stored and kept up to date. Customer
Information File is that type of system used by companies that
are part of Home Credit Group. Design of the system is based on
specific business requirements therefore its functionality is
limited to actual needs of specific enterprise. Thesis aims to
redesign current system in order to increase its flexibility
and remove these limitations so that it can be adopted by other
organizations in financial sector. In addition thesis aims to
assess risks and devise project plan for implementing proposed
changes. Propositions for redesign of particular parts of the
system by use of analysis patterns are the main result of the
thesis. Rough project plan and brief risk analysis is also
provided.
