Abstract
Tato práce se zaměřuje na život a dílo původem českého barokního sochaře Alexandera Jelínka (1704-1743) z Kosmonos, který přibližně od roku 1728 pracoval na západní Moravě s centrem ve Velkém Meziříčí. Dalšími z jeho významných působišť se pak stala městečka Budišov a Tasova na tehdejším panství hrabat Paarů, okolí Třebíče a nakonec Náměšť nad Oslavou, kde spolupracoval s Josefem Winterhalderem starším při skulpturální výzdobě zdejšího kamenného mostu.
Abstract
Alexander Jelínek was a Bohemian sculptor and woodcarver born in 1704 in Kosmonosy by Mladá Boleslav as a son of the sculptor Martin Jelínek the Elder. Probably in 1728 or a short time before he moved to the Moravian town Velké Meziříčí to his uncle and constituted here his sculptor work-shop.
