Táto bakalárska práca v žánri rozšírený position paper sa bude zaoberať legitimitou intervencie, ktorú vykonalo NATO v Kosove. Hlavným argumentom práce je, že zásah NATO bol nelegitímny z dôvodu snahy USA posilniť svoje mocenské postavenie na Balkáne. Abstract
This bachelor thesis in the genre of an extended position paper will address the le-gitimacy of the intervention carried out by NATO in Kosovo. The main argument of the thesis is that NATO’s intervention was illegitimate because of the US desire to strengthen its power position in the Balkans.
