Tudle is a new application for arranging the date and time of a meeting. Plan coordination meetings of your department, casual meetings with your colleagues, or time slots for student consultations.
Contract workers outside the IS can also vote
You can also make voting available to contract workers outside the university. Simply set the poll to anyone on the Internet. Contract workers then add their names into the fields available.
Yes, no, if necessary
Apart from the standard options "yes" and "no" you can also allow the participants to indicate that while they are available at a particular time, it is not an ideal choice for them. Voters can then select "if necessary" simply by clicking the box twice.
Only online
When planning meetings in hybrid mode, you can allow the voters to state that they can participate "only online".
Display/hide non-business hours
Do you only see the time between 8:00 and 18:00? Simply click the clock icon to display the non-business hours to select a time slot from among them. The clock icon also has additional functions, such as allowing you to divide the grid into quarter-hour intervals.
