At present, Jan Slovak is mainly interested in all questions concerning the so called parabolic geometries (e.g. conformal, almost quaternionic, CR, etc.) and the relations to the representation theory of Lie groups and Lie algebras, algebraic topology and geometry. There is also interest in computational aspects and diverse applications.
