    • Tříměsíční stáž na University of Twente, Nizozemí. Termín 1. září - 30. listopadu 2021. Náplň stáže: Pod vedením předních odborníků v oboru se budu věnovat výzkumu a vývoji metod hlubokého učení pro simulaci 3D časových sekvencí živých buněčných populací. Řešení tohoto tématu je stále otevřený problém díky výsoké dimenzionalitě dat a limitacím, které plynou z dostupné výpočetní kapacity soudobých počítačů. Kontrétně je záměrem prozkoumat možnosti nových přístupů hlubokého učení, jako jsou grafové neuronové sítě a mesh-based konvoluční sítě, pro vizuálně věrnou simulaci vývoje tvaru buňky v průběhu buněčného cyklu, spolu s pohybem, dělením a interakcemi mezi jednotlivými buňkami v populaci.
