    • The aim of the research project is to analyze ways in which the visual appearance of text can be adapted in order to increase its readability for dyslexics. Based on the analysis, a new method for (semi-) automatic detection and segmentation of problematic text fragments in a way to render text that can be read by dyslexic users will be proposed. A prototype will be designed and tested for its potential inclusion in the LITERACY EU-project in which the University of Vienna, Austria is a partner.
