Course objectives
Human Resources Management (RLIZ) The objective of the course is to provide the knowledge necessary for understanding the importance and role of human resources in the organisation and for carrying out the activities relevant to personnel management. The course links up with the subjects Corporate Economics , Management and other courses in human sciences. The course consists of three interrelated blocks. The first explores the problems of human resources management. The second block deals with individual activities of the personnel routine work, the third complements the first two with facts and knowledge associated with the performance of personnel management, such as its legal aspects, theory of conflict origin and conflict solution etc. Seminars are designed as practical exercises for personnel activities, developing and consolidating theoretical knowledge acquired in lectures. Credit requirements: active participation in seminars, completing a case study. Examination: oral.
