Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
• The students will learn the basic administration and functioning of the sport facilities; they will get acquainted with organizational and methodical duties with regard to the hierarchy within the organization. • The students will learn practical coaching, exercise, and didactic skills under the guidance of experienced coaches and trainers (appointed and confirmed by the guarantor of the specialization) • The students will observe training sessions and exercise lessons. • The students will work with selected training diaries and they will learn how to use them.
Learning outcomes
The studens will be able to: • prepare and run training sessions and exercise sessions following their consultation with coaches and trainers • run training sessions and exercise sessions under the guidance of assigned trainers • analyze training units and exercise sessions • work with selected electronic training diaries
Syllabus
  • Based on their specialization and with the agreement of the head of the specialization, the students are assigned to sport clubs in which they observe training and exercise sessions. The students‘ practice consists of 26 lessons, i.e. 13 ninety-minute training units. As a part of their practice students will learn how to use electronic training diaries and how to record and evaluate the content of training sessions and cycles in the diaries. All depending on their corresponding specialization.
