Prerequisites
The course is recommended primarily for students of master's degree in law. Basic knowledge of the subjects taught in the first three years is expected. Knowledge of English or German is recommended.

Course objectives
At the end of the course, student should be able to:
- understand basic issues in private legal regulation of ICT
- analyze and solve particular problems of private legal jurisdiction on the internet
- analyze and solve particular problems of electronic contracting
- analyze and solve particular problems of the ISP liability
- analyze and solve particular problems of intellectual property on-line
