Výuka biofyziky a informatiky poskytuje základní předhled v oblasti molekulární, buněčné, tkáňové i systémové biofyziky, se zvláštním důrazem na interakce fyzikálních polí. V této souvislosti jsou studenti seznamováni i se základními principy lékařské přístrojové techniky. Součástí této výuky je i úvod do lékařské informatiky.
