Course objectives
Students will prove the knowledge of the terms in the field of cognitive psychology (emotions and motivation). They will be able to use the knowledge in the real life situations (they should defend the point of view at the defence of the final work). The sense of the subject is to properly introduce the students to content of psychological disiplines. Mastering of basic knowledges from the area of general psychology and personal psychology and its practical use in selfcognition and orientation in practical daily and professional life.
Syllabus
  • Introduction to psychology, origin of psychology as a science, structure of psychology. Memory and learning Perception – how we cognize the world? Imaginations Attention Thinking The sense of the subject is integrative systematisation of knowledges and their use in the frame of studies of whole personality. Syllabus Emotions and feelings (claryfying of terms) Motivation motivation of behaving Psychology of personality (integrative systematisation of knowledges). Structure of personality, physical qualities, temperament, emotionality, skills. Types of personality, typology of extraversion and introversion, constitutional typology, layers and factors of personality. Dynamic of personality and Me-ism
