Card for Full-time students
in case of loss, theft or damage
In accordance with the High Education Act's specification of a student ID card as a proof of study, Masaryk University issues to Full-time students
the international student ID
, which serves to:
prove MU full-time student status
copy and print in MU facilities
use MU libraries and IT room (the card is activated automatically)
MU canteens and cafeterias (after charging one's SUPO account)
Loss and damage. If the identification card is lost or its identification or technological elements are damaged, the person is obliged to ask the relevant workplace to issue a new card. In such cases, the person pays the full price of the new card.
Note
: First, you must ask the Study Department to deactivate the old card and then order a new card. The shopping centre is exclusively for payment.
Card collection
: The ordered and duly paid card can be picked up during the office hours at the
International Relation Office
of the Faculty of Arts (building C, 1
st
floor) not earlier than 14 days after the payment was credited. (You can pick up your card only when your payment is processed, it usually takes about 3 business days. You can find out if your payment was properly credited in your orders under the

This card does NOT entitle to use student’s discounts for travel tickets and other purchases. If you want to use those discounts and more benefits, please order
