Průkaz studenta kombinovaného a distančního studia na Filozofické fakultě - první vydání
Card for students in Combined form of studies – first card
First card. It is intended for students starting their studies in combined form at the Faculty of Arts.
The card will be made for you only if you have your photo in the IS MU.
The card will be issued against the signed
Information on safety at work and fire safety
document at the Faculty of Arts, MU.
Students in combined form of studies are issued with identification chip card which serves to:
prove MU full-time student status
copy and print in MU facilities (after charging one’s SUPO)
use MU libraries and IT room (car dis activated automatically)
Card collection
: The ordered and duly paid card can be picked up during the office hours at the
International Relation Office
of the Faculty of Arts (building C, 1
st
floor) not earlier than 14 days after the payment was credited. (You can pick up your card only when your payment is processed, it usually takes about 3 business days. You can find out if your payment was properly credited in your orders under the
