Course objectives
In this course, students of Dutch practise their conversational skills based on authentic materials and with a native speaker. At the end of the course, students should be able to converse and react fluently in Dutch, act out (job) interviews, give presentations, etc. The student should be able to use the spoken Dutch on the B2 level of the Common European Framework for Languages at the end of this course.

Teaching methods
Intensive student-orientated seminars with an emphasis on conversation, role play and oral presentations.
Assessment methods
Seminars on a weekly basis
Active participation
Every student prepares a PowerPointpresentation, a hand-out about a certain topic, discusses an authentic text related to the same topic and prepares some speaking exercises.
