Course objectives
The purpose of teaching is to deepen the knowledge and theoretical and practical issues of the civil litigation - the civil action and the subject-matter of the dispute.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical questions concerning a civil action and subject-matter of proceedings.
