Course objectives
The course Business Law for Public Administration wants to prepare graduates to address the most common commercial issues that are on their activities in the public service workers face and solve. It builds on the knowledge that students acquired in the course Introduction to Commercial Law, which focused on teaching the basic subjects of commercial law issues, liability and competition law dimension of the issue. This course focuses on the performance of business obligations in both the private and the public procurement regime.
