Course objectives
Výuka probíhá v Centru molekulární biologie a genové terapie IHOK LF MU / FN Brno a kombinuje přednášky o aktuálních molekulárně-biologických přístupech využívaných v lékařské praxi, zejména v onkologické diagnostice, s praktickými ukázkami analýz pacientských vzorků.
Syllabus
  • Teoretický úvod: Využití molekulární genetiky v onkologii a hematologii, moderní metody analýzy lidského genomu; Praktická část: izolace DNA/RNA z krve, techniky PCR a real time PCR, minimální zbytková choroba, detekce DNA infekčních patogenů, práce s buněčnými kulturami, DNA čipy (expresní, aCGH, resekvenační), imunofluorescenční značení monoklonálními protilátkami, flow cytometrická analýza T a B lymfocytů periferní krve, imunomagnetická separace hematopoetických kmenových buněk a další techniky dle zájmu a aktuálních možností laboratoře.
Literature
