- Course objectives
- Main objectives are making students acquainted to roblematics of electromagnetic waves on the boundary between classical circuit theory and optics; understanding the Maxwell equations and their wave solution; understanding the role of complex quantities in electromagnetic theory; delineating major differences between lumped element and distributed element circuits; analyzing the physical base of many contemporary high frequency devices: antena, radio, televison, radar, mobile phone, maser, microwave oven
