Course objectives
The course deals with economic and territorial issues of regional development. Special attention is devoted to the issue of gain and loss analysis; in the introductory part, the basic theory of methodology is covered, financial and social and economic analyses follow. The course finishes with a block dealing with the assessment of development programmes - basic types and levels of assessment are defined and selected assessment instruments are analysed.

The introductory part of the course aims to provide students with information on the economic and territorial issues of the regional development.
