Course objectives
Interval training is suitable for all who want to move their body in a comprehensive way and to start the metabolism properly - the work at high and lower intensity will alternate. Blocks of exercises will be all-round focused, for example, on explosiveness, strength or coordination, or on the center of the body, with the help of weight and aids, making training not only effective but also fun.
