Course objectives
The lesson focuses on strengthening and stretching the whole body. The training is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on weight training, focused mainly on strengthening the core (center of the body) and problem areas such as abdominal muscles, buttocks, hands and back, which leads to proper posture. In the second part of the training, the exercise is focused on relaxing the overloaded areas and stretching the muscles with a tendency to shorten. Elements of yoga are also used to achieve better flexibility and stability. The lesson is suitable for anyone who wants to strengthen their body and relax their mind.
