Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to inform students about basics of jumping on trampolines (Eurotrampoline, gymanstics trampoline). After succesful finishing of the subject students know the right and save way of jumping on trampolines. They know a list of excercises which are important to do before jumping on trampolines. Students are also able: - to create a list of strenghten excercises - to use these excercises the right way. - to apply these excercises in practice.
