Course objectives
The course is a theoretical and practical introduction of the exercise that lowers stress, bulds move softness and improves the conrol of the body centre.It linkes spiritual and physical harmony as the traditional yoga exercise. It includes fluent changes of strength poses, stretching, relaxation and breathe exercise.The theory is included in the training if the exercise character requires.

cvičení,zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku,která musí mít určitou kvalitu: -1xmožná absencebez omluvy -2x institucionální omluvenka -3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období
