Learning outcomes
Students will be able to apply the basics of fitness training for performance and top athletes in sports games and children and youth. Create and implement fitness training programs taking into account   sports training, biological and training age, fitness and sport discipline.
Syllabus
  • Practice content will be:
  • • The realization of hearings and the management of the fitness part of the training units of the performance and top athletes in selected sports games. (50% of the total subsidy).
  • • Implementation of listening and conducting of the training part of the training units of children and youth (50%).
  • • Setting up a training plan (annual annual training plan, macrocycle schedule, microcycle plans in the competition and preparation period) for a selected sports game.
  • • Individualization of training in sports games.
  • • The use of motion games as a means of developing motor skills in children.
  • • Monitoring the effectiveness of training.
  • • Training in training diaries (software version).
  • • Diagnostics of the level of selected physical abilities in children and players - organizational aspect.
  • • Obtain the ability to apply fitness training of a specific and non-specific character to complex training plans (flexibility and rationality of fitness exercises in sports training of players).
  • • Analysis of plans (microcycle, mesocycle, macrocycle, RTC) with the main trainer.
