Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- practice and improvement coordination at balance trainer
- strengthening of deep stabilization muscles (core) with use bosu
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, student will be able:
- coordination at bosu
- exercise core with use bosu
Syllabus
  • 1. Training of the correct techniques of bosu exercise
  • 2. Setting of simple exercise into aerobic blocks
  • 3. Training of correct techniques of bodybuilding on bosu
  • 4. Training of balance exercise on bosu
  • 5. Final stretching

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
