Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to make the acquaintance of organization of justice (in broad sense) in the Czech republic.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
Understand to all basic concepts concerning the organization of justice;
Use the information about the system of courts in the Czech republic;
Apply the law regulating powers of senior officer of justice.

Teaching methods
The lectures run during the term. The attendance is not compulsory. Instruction uses modern methods – presentation of thesis, practical examples, interpretation of judicial practice and presentation of recommended literature.
