Course objectives
The course deals with procedures of public procurement. The course is designed so that it focuses and specializes in the needs of public administration.
Learning outcomes
Graduates of the course will be able to identify the need to apply the law on public procurement; they will be able to use, respectively recommend, the appropriate type of procurement; they will be able to interpret the provisions of the law in accordance with the basic principles of the procurement procedure; they will be able to practically apply the relevant procedural provisions of the Public Procurement Act as well as the supporting provisions of the Administrative Procedure Code; they will reliably distinguish between the public law framework and the private law part of contractual procedure in connection with public procurement.

  • Public procurement in accordance with European and national regulations. Rules of public procurement. Types of public procurement and procedures. Procedural issues and decision-making practice.
