Course objectives

Main objective of the course is to make students acquainted with legal regulation in area of particular environmental components in sequence to general part of Environmental Law. At the end of this course the student will be able to work with the sources of Environmental Law, to understand the essence and mission of the object of Environmental Law in different area of Environmental Law, to explain its functions, to argue its justness and to solve the practical cases from this area.

Syllabus

• Air protection. Water protection. Consumer protection. Forest protection. Protection of Nature and Landscape. Avoiding cruelty to animals. Bees protection. Fishes protection. Gamekeeping and the protection of the environmental. Waste colection scheme. Wraps. Chemical materials and the protection of the environment. Raw materials exploitation environmental protection. Land protection. Cultural sights protection. Environmental protection against adverse effect of agricultural activities. Environmental protection against adverse effect of ionizing radiation.
