Course objectives
In this course advanced students of Dutch as a foreign language are introduced in business Dutch. At the end of the course students should be able to correspond (writing formal letters and emails), converse, have a conference, minute, negotiate, report and present issues in Dutch. The text book Taal in zaken. Zakelijk Nederlands voor anderstaligen (2003) by Christine van Baalen serves as a basis. Attention is payed to business in an intercultural context.
