Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness;
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress;
- the support of students healthy lifestyle.
The subject follows the course ZPSPF1 Futsal for the blind - beginners and develops participant's skills and knowledge. It focuses on execution of basic technics and its optimalization, but further more it concentrates to another general aspects of (blind) football such as standard and other game situation training, tactics, team cooperation etc.
Syllabus
  • The course participants further develop the basic technics important for a blind footballer, such as spatial orientation, training of different kinds of movement and running, using of voice navigation to minimize collisions between two blind persons and to gain an idea about space and disposition of a play-ground, different controlling a ball - passing it, dribbling it, shooting etc.
  • But then the course focuses enables introductory and training of general footballers' skills and abilities: standard and other situations' execution, tactics, defense and offense activity and its optimalisation, team cooperation between players and goal-keeper or another team's navigators.
