Course objectives
This online course is designed to help undergraduate students develop their academic reading skills, and to equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary to read and comprehend academic texts with ease. Thanks to this course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of academic reading skills and will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to read and comprehend academic texts with ease.
Learning outcomes
The course teaches students how to take notes, summarise texts, understand citation norms, and build their vocabulary. Additionally, the course will explore the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in academic reading.
