Course objectives
The subject is concentrated on the study of features specific for the public sector management, i.e. the study of the factors, which influence the method of applying general knowledge of management theory in the public sector. The accent is put on forecasting, preparing concepts and planning. The decision-making cycle and the properties of public choice are analyzed in detail. The public audit represents a separate and important area of study. At the moment, this subject suffers from insufficient number of books to be recommended for study.
