Course objectives
Administrative Law (KPSPPR) The mission of the course is to give students knowledge of the position and role of administrative law in the Czech Republic s legal system. It introduces to the principal institutes of administrative law as the law of public administration. Attention will be especially paid to administrative actions, public administration contracts and other important administrative actions, as well as to the substantive administrative law. Examination: written and oral.
