Course objectives
Administrative Law (PPSP) The course aims to give students the knowledge of the position and role of administrative law in the Czech Republic s legal system. It introduces to the principal institues of administrative law as the law of public administration. Attention will be particularly paid to administrative actions, public administration contracts and other important administrative transactions, as well as to substantive administrative law. Examination: written and oral.
