Course objectives
Development of Social and Managerial Skills (PHRSMD) The course intends to develop social and managerial skills and habits necessary for managerial positions. Active teaching methods enable to acquire knowledge of: self-reflection and autoregulation of personality getting to know partner's personality in interpersonal contacts development of communication rational control of social interaction preconditions of cooperation in joint activity social manners and assertiveness coping with stress situations Credit requirements: Active participation in seminars, a seminar paper on a selected psychological topic from Czech or foreign literature or from social practice, its presentation and incorporation into the acquired knowledge, assuming one's own attitude.
