- Course objectives
- Administrative Law (SDSP) In the initial part students are introduced to the position and role of administrative law within the Czech legal system. They will be introduced to the fundamental institutes of administrative law as the law of public administration. Attention will be paid to administrative acts, public administration contracts and other important administrative transactions. Issues of administrative procedure will also be addressed, as well as the questions of control of public administration Examination: oral.
