Course objectives
Administrative Law (SPVE, SPRS) At the beginning, students will get acquainted with the place and role of administration law in the Czech legal system. They will be introduced to basic institutes of administration law as the law of public administration. Emphasis will be placed especially on administration acts, public administration contracts and other important administration acts. Finally, the course will cover the issues of administration procedures and issues of public administration audit. Credit requirements: active participation in seminars, seminar essay. Examination: oral.
