Course objectives
Labour Law (KPPRAP) The aim of the course is to provide students with the elementary knowledge in the area of labour-law relations. The focus of attention will be on the problems of employer-employee relations (especially the issues of the origin, termination, rights and duties of the parties involved, tasks of state authorities and employers in handling the problems of unemployment and retraining, authorities of labour unions, collective bargaining and liability). Examination: written and oral.
